Intec Pharma Announces Planned Management Changes

Intec Pharma Ltd. (Nasdaq: NTEC; TASE: INTP), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing drugs based on its proprietary Accordion Pill platform technology, announced today that Mr. Oren Mohar, the company's Chief Financial Officer, has resigned due to personal reasons.

Following Mr. Mohar's resignation, Mr. Nir Sassi, the Company's VP Finance, will be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company effective as of August 1, 2016.
